Downtown Commercial Tower
A 22-story commercial tower featuring a modern steel frame structure with earthquake-resistant design. The project included full structural steel fabrication, erection, and curtain wall installation. Delivered 3 weeks ahead of schedule with zero safety incidents.
Pacific Industrial Complex
A 180,000 sq ft industrial warehouse and distribution center built with pre-engineered steel buildings. The facility features 32-foot clear heights, heavy-duty loading docks, and climate-controlled storage zones. Completed under budget.
Riverside Bridge Rehabilitation
Complete structural rehabilitation of a 4-lane highway bridge including steel girder replacement, deck reconstruction, and seismic retrofit. Work performed during limited lane closures to minimize traffic disruption.
